Day 1. Bogota

Arrival in the city of Bogota, assistance at El Dorado International Airport, and transfer to the hotel for check-in. Accommodation.


Day 2. Bogota - City Tour + Monserrate

Breakfast at the hotel. At the agreed time, the City Tour of the historic center of Bogota, also called "La Candelaria," will begin. You will visit the Gold Museum, where you will see about 34,000 pre-Hispanic gold pieces and more than 25,000 pre-Columbian objects. Later, you will visit the Casa de la Moneda and the Botero Donation, where works by the master Fernando Botero are exhibited. The tour will continue with a panoramic tour of Bolivar Square (The Primatial Cathedral, Casa de Nariño, Liévano Palace, and the Palace of Justice), concluding with an ascent to Monserrate. Return to the hotel. Accommodation.

Includes: Professional tour guide in Spanish, private transportation, entrance to the Gold Museum - Casa de la Moneda and Botero Donation, and Monserrate ascent.

Important Note: Gold Museum closed on Mondays, Casa de la Moneda and Botero Donation closed on Tuesdays.


Day 3. Bogota - Visit to the Salt Cathedral of Zipaquira

Breakfast at the hotel. At the agreed time, assistance at the hotel and departure to the town of Zipaquira, passing through the so-called "Sabana de Bogota." Arrival at the Salt Cathedral of Zipaquira, one of Colombia's main tourist sites, considered Colombia's first wonder, built 180 meters deep in a salt mine.

Day 4. Bogota - Medellin - City Tour + Comuna 13

Breakfast at the hotel. At the agreed time, transfer to El Dorado International Airport for a flight (not included) to Medellin. Arrival and reception at José Maria Córdova International Airport, transfer to the hotel for check-in.

Later, the City Tour + Comuna 13 Tour will begin, visiting the main tourist sites of the city such as San Antonio Park, San Ignacio Square, the traditional La Playa Avenue, The Park of Sculptures, which contains over 20 sculptures donated by Master Fernando Botero, The Park of Wishes, and Atanasio Girardot Sports Unit, as well as the renovated Convention Center, the old Macarena Bullring. Additionally, you will visit the traditional Pueblito Paisa. Then, you will be transferred to the Poblado area, where you will visit Poblado Park, Lleras Park, and the Golden Mile, the financial and hotel heart of the city. The visit continues to Comuna 13 of Medellin, touring the Graffitis that highlight the places that have marked history, these murals have been made by different artists of the area, where they reveal the stories that move and inspire hope. The tour ends with a visit to the iconic Electric Stairs of Comuna 13. Return to the hotel. Accommodation.

Day 5 Medellín - Visit to El Peñol and Guatapé.

Breakfast at the hotel. At the agreed time, start of the tour to the municipality of El Peñol, admiring the diversity of its architecture, getting to know the replica of the original town where you can appreciate a bit of the colonial style. Later, we will head to the majestic El Peñol Rock, a monolith 220 meters high. The visit will continue to the town of Guatapé, famous for the details of the baseboards, drawings, and high relief paintings that adorn the houses of the town (this tour is done by moto-taxi), and to finish, you will get to know the reservoirs of El Peñol and Guatapé where you can enjoy the contrast between green mountains and water mirrors. In the afternoon, return to the hotel. Accommodation.
